Description

"Kick ups" are a soccer skill exercise, also known as "juggling" or "freestyle". It involves keeping the ball in the air using only the feet, thighs, chest, and head, without letting the ball touch the ground. The player juggles the ball, repeatedly hitting it with different parts of their body to keep it in the air for as long as possible. 

Kick ups can be performed individually or in groups, and are often used as a warm-up exercise or to improve technique and coordination in soccer. It is also a popular discipline in freestyle soccer competitions.
